Happy Tuesday everyone and Happy Birthday!,

I wanted to take the time today to do this blogger tag that I came across >here<.

When did you start blogging?
April 16th, 2015. Luckily my mom printed out my first post or I wouldn't have the date saved because of the whole moving the blog debacle.

What encouraged you to start?
I briefly talked about this in my first post. My sophomore year this guy, I think he was in college or had just graduated, was interviewing students at my high school and I was randomly picked and during the interview, he gave me advice about my wanting to be a writer and at one point he mentioned a blog. I didn't actually decide to do a blog until maybe a year later? 

What was the first blog you ever followed?

What do you blog about?
Life stuff.

What has been your biggest revelation since beginning blogging?
Doing a writing prompt and posting it every day last summer was completely insane!

What do you find toughest about blogging?
I find keeping to a schedule really challenging because I never remember what day it is and I want to just post things on random days and not have to worry about a schedule but then I'd end up posting like five different things on one day then have nothing for the next two months. So I try really hard to stick to every Tuesday but I do allow an occasional extra post later in the week but I'm trying not to make that a habit.

What is your favorite thing about blogging?
Having a blog ensures that I will do some writing every week because a lot of the time I get in ruts where I won't write for a while and if I want to make a career out of this I have to do a lot of writing. 

What are your blogging ambitions for 2016?
There a couple events I'm looking forward to blogging about in 2016 such as Random Acts of Kindness Day (February 17), National coming out day (October 11) and LGBTQIA+ month (I'm still so mad that I missed both of these so now I'm eagerly waiting for it to come again so I can talk about my coming out experience and all the background on my being bi.). I'm also really excited for my one year blogging anniversary even though it's pretty far away.

https://dantebasco.wordpress.com/ - Dante Basco is the actor who plays Rufio from Hook and Zuko from Avatar the last Airbender. He's also a really good poet (I'm hoping to get his book for Christmas) and sometimes youtuber.
